Out of 5 guests, four of us ordered sirloin steaks—two chose the Steak & Shrimp, one opted for an 8oz, and I went for the 8 oz Filet Mignon bacon wrapped. My steak was wonderfully seasoned, incredibly tender, and cooked exactly to a perfect medium; It was excellent! However, the two steaks that were supposed to be medium ended up slightly overcooked and tough, although they were well-seasoned. One steak that was meant to be well came out with pink as well and was noticeably tough. The one wanting medium and one wanting well done had to flip out their steaks. Unfortunately, though the medium had gristle. On a positive note, the two who had shrimp thoroughly enjoyed their shrimp!
